The basic philosophy of our program is to build strong leadership characteristics into the lives of each cheerleader. The sport of cheerleading produces desired character qualities of leadership, loyalty, commitment, integrity, and creativity. The athletes will be aware of their individual responsibility to each other as a team in unity. When one member struggles, we all struggle. When one member succeeds, we all succeed. Each athlete will learn what it means to make a commitment to their team and sport by remembering our core values.
